About the role

Support day-to-day operations for Trust’s investment products, including managed and self-directed investments. Execute and manage fund flows for settlements and withdrawals. Perform books and records management, reconciliation, and investigate discrepancies. Provide support for investment account management, product and trade inquiries, and complaints handling with customer-facing teams. Collaborate with internal functions and vendors, assist with regulatory and financial reporting, keep process documentation updated, and support product training.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Prior experience in operations or retail securities brokerage in Singapore
• Strong critical thinking and sound judgement
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Strong analytical and detail-focused skills
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
