About the role

You will support the Facilities Manager in keeping a specific building or campus well run and well maintained. The role focuses on responding to tenant needs, environmental health and safety, and quality programmes, working closely with the client's goals. It suits someone organised who can coordinate contractors and handle multiple sites.

What you'll do

Acknowledge work requests and update the CMMS with follow-up actions within required response times.
Close cases properly in the CMMS once work is completed and verified, and update the PM/BM for tracking of works related to CC.
Assist CC to call for cost estimates for ad-hoc works, carry out site measurements and records, and put up Request for Approval (RFA) forms.

Be stationed at the designated Community Centre, Club, or Building when not roving between sites.

Coordinate and supervise works with Term Contractors, ensuring they follow schedules, quality standards, and contractual obligations.

Evaluate and conduct joint measurements with contractors on claims for all Work Orders.

Verify and endorse service reports and invoices, ensuring work complies with contract requirements.

Respond to queries about ongoing work, property management, or operational concerns, escalating to the Property Manager when needed.

Conduct building inspections twice a week for each Community Centre/Club/Building and submit inspection reports with photos via the Report and Run app and upload to the CMMS inspection module.

Conduct monthly audits if required and submit to the TC with a copy to the PM.

Instil a culture of workplace safety and behaviour among team members and Term Contractors.

Conduct the Customer Satisfaction Survey twice a year.

Prepare and compile information for site meetings such as CCMC and MA operations meetings, attend as required, and write minutes.

Plan and coordinate license renewal activities such as Annual Shutdown (ASD) and Water Tank Cleaning for each Community Centre/Club/Building, and submit ASD checklists to CMMS.

Respond to incidents on site, coordinate with CC and contractors to recover services and minimise disruptions.
