About the role
This role sits within the HR team of a retail and airport operations business, with most of your time spent helping the Training & Development side and the rest covering General Affairs when needed. It suits someone organised, proactive and careful with details who enjoys administrative coordination and record keeping. You will be the main administrative contact for airport and mandatory training matters.
Act as the administrative point of contact for airport-specific and mandatory training needs
Register staff for training such as the One Changi Learning Portal, Changi Orientation Programme, RICE and other airport programmes
Give new hires clear instructions, schedules, registration details and completion requirements
Help coordinate internal and external training programmes, including enrolment and registration
Arrange venues and meeting rooms for training
Send training invitations and communicate with employees
Confirm and track attendance
Handle post-training evaluation administration
Monitor mandatory training completion, certification validity and renewal or expiry dates
Keep the training database, trackers and employee records updated so attendance, evaluations, completed programmes and training hours are easy to retrieve
Support applications and submissions for training grants, funding and Absentee Payroll claims or subsidies
Prepare and submit payment requisitions to Finance for training providers, and verify training invoices and supporting documents
Cover General Affairs duties when the HR/GA Assistant is away, including receiving visitors, reception support, pantry and common area readiness, uniform issuance to new hires, onboarding logistics and courier coordination
Take on other duties or projects assigned by your supervisor or the Head of HR/GA

Full-time role based in Singapore
Roughly 80% Training & Development administration and 20% General Affairs support
The company may reasonably adjust the scope of responsibilities as business and HR needs change
Requirements
Diploma or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
Preferably about 1 year of HR, training or general office administration experience
Comfortable using spreadsheets, trackers and government training grant portals
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Strong administrative, organisational and follow-up skills
Good written and verbal communication
