Support the planning, coordination and daily operations of elective programmes such as Care on Sundays, SteadyStrength and MindCare. Help with client onboarding, scheduling, attendance tracking and follow-up. Assist in business development and community outreach to raise programme awareness and participation. Prepare reports, presentations and operational documents, and support data tracking and feedback collection. Coordinate with internal teams, clients, caregivers, vendors and community partners, and help set up new centres and services. Operational support during programme sessions, including Sunday duty, may be required.
