Plan, supervise and implement classroom programmes in line with the centre's policies and framework. Prepare age-appropriate teaching aids and set up a stimulating learning environment. Keep accurate records of children's progress and prepare semester progress reports and developmental portfolios. Communicate regularly with parents through the communication booklet and build close partnerships with them. Manage the classroom and carry out routine care duties to ensure the safety and hygiene of the children. Work closely with other teaching staff in the class.
