About the role

You will join the Public Outreach & Staff Engagement team within the Changi East Programme Management Office, supporting one of Singapore's largest infrastructure developments. The role suits someone who enjoys communications, stakeholder engagement and employee engagement work, and who can align different views on complex issues.

What you'll do

Develop and execute integrated engagement and communications strategies
Run public outreach campaigns and stakeholder engagement plans
Build awareness, understanding and advocacy for the Changi East Programme
Engage diverse stakeholder groups to understand their perspectives
Support alignment of views on complex issues to enable programme delivery
Develop and coordinate initiatives and activities to strengthen employee engagement
Use various channels including online publications and staff events

Good to know

This is a 3-year contract position
The successful candidate will be offered a position commensurate with their qualifications and relevant work experience

Requirements

Good degree in Communications, Marketing or a related discipline
3 to 6 years of experience in communications, stakeholder engagement, public outreach, employee engagement or project management is advantageous
Fresh graduates with strong internship or project experience are welcome to apply
Excellent written and spoken communication skills
Interest in project management
Self-motivated, resourceful and a strong team player
