This role sits in the Storage Operations Team under Global Systems Support, supporting, certifying and documenting storage and backup infrastructure. You would also act as a Level 2 escalation point for existing infrastructure, working with Systems, Database, Engineering, Asset Management, Product Development, Operations, Audit and Risk, and other Technology groups.
