Oversee all aspects of data centre operations across Southeast Asia, including maintenance and repair of mission critical equipment for 24x7 uptime and SLA compliance. Provide technical advice and support to Data Centre Operations Directors and site teams. Act as escalation contact for emergency events, coordinating response, root cause analysis and remediation. Manage vendor contracts, internal audits, change management and compliance with local regulations and industry accreditations. Support OPEX/CAPEX budgeting, forecasting and financial control, and present efficiency improvements to management.
