About the role

Lead ShopBack Pay in Singapore with full P&L ownership, driving growth, strategy and bottom-line results. Oversee the sales, marketing and operations teams, including hiring, structure, performance and execution. Build merchant and partner relationships to make ShopBack Pay a default payment option. Work with regional and local online business leads on omnichannel growth. Lead, mentor and grow the team, and keep the business ahead of industry trends and competitors. Help shape ShopBack's broader culture and success.

Requirements

Proven experience scaling a payments, fintech or dine-out/F&B business in Singapore
Track record of direct P&L ownership with measurable results
Deep online-to-offline sales leadership experience
Experience building and leading lean, high-performing sales teams
Strong network of merchant partners in food and retail
AI Builder mindset, using tools like Claude or Cursor
