You will support the cost management team on semiconductor and industrial projects. Duties include background research, data collection and benchmarking, and preparing cost plans. You will compile and amend tender lists, analyse tenders and draft tender reports. You will also assist with procurement documentation, variations, change control, cost checks, valuations and final accounts. You will track cost management progress and prepare monthly cost reports, and handle document control.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Construction, Engineering or related field
Minimum 3 years' experience in cost management or construction projects
Business-level proficiency in English
Proficient communication and interpersonal skills
