As a Sales Advisor at ION Orchard, you will greet customers and provide friendly, high-level service throughout the store. Your duties include starting conversations, assisting at the cash desk and fitting rooms, processing deliveries, replenishing stock, and merchandising garments on the shop floor. You will work with the team to create welcoming shopping experiences and support customers proactively. Previous customer service experience and fabric knowledge are helpful but not required.
