You will handle food and beverage orders and serve guests in the restaurant. You will provide friendly and excellent service, and help fellow team members with preparation and setting up for service, making sure amenities and utensils are stocked and inspected. You will attend to guest requests, make menu suggestions and upsell, and be well-versed in all aspects of the menu. You will also handle restaurant telephone and email reservation enquiries, perform administrative duties, and operate the POS system for cashiering, including cash and credit transactions and cash drawer reconciliation at the end of each shift.
Requirements
Minimum Secondary school education with 'O' Level passes
Minimum 1 year in a guest service or guest contact role
Possess food hygiene and safety certification
Willing and able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
Well-groomed, professional appearance
