Handle food and beverage orders and serve guests at Estiatorio Milos in Marina Bay Sands. Provide friendly, excellent service and assist guests with their requests, including suggestive selling and up-selling while being well-versed in the menu. Help fellow team members with preparation and setting up the restaurant for service, ensuring amenities and utensils are properly stocked and inspected. Handle restaurant telephone and email reservation enquiries and other administrative duties.
Requirements
Minimum Secondary school education with 'O' Level passes
Minimum 1 year in guest service or guest contact roles, preferably in hospitality
Possess food hygiene and safety certification
Willing and able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
