About the role

Welcome and greet customers, present menus, and recommend or upsell food and beverage items. Take orders through the POS system and serve them accurately to tables. Clear and reset tables, keep the service station clean, and follow health, safety, and food hygiene standards. Handle guest feedback promptly and attend briefings, meetings, and training as assigned. Support the Restaurant Manager in daily outlet operations to deliver a high-quality guest experience.
