About the role

As a Sales Advisor, you will welcome customers and guide them around the store, using your fashion and product knowledge to help them find what they need. You will work with your team to deliver excellent service throughout the customer journey. You will also keep the sales floor and back of house well-stocked, organised and inviting, and support store opening and closing. You will represent the brand positively in all customer interactions.

Requirements

• Customer service experience in fashion, retail or similar
• Passionate about fashion and in-store service
• Comfortable with store technology
• Flexible and action-oriented
• Able to support opening and closing shifts
