About the role
This role supports the growth of an executive education and leadership development campus in West Singapore, working with knowledge partners, facilitators and corporate clients. It suits a hands-on marketing professional who enjoys coordinating multiple projects and turning client needs into learning solutions. You will report to the Director, Marketing & Partnerships.
What you'll do
Help prepare customised learning proposals, pitch decks and client presentations
Gather programme information, pricing and learning solutions from knowledge partners
Support responses to RFPs, corporate training enquiries and partnership opportunities
Coordinate internal stakeholder inputs so proposals are submitted on time
Act as primary coordinator for assigned knowledge partners and programmes
Obtain and update programme information, speaker profiles, marketing assets and schedules from partners
Support onboarding and launch of new programmes and learning initiatives
Coordinate joint marketing activities and promotional campaigns with partners
Maintain and update the knowledge partner database
Coordinate end-to-end planning and execution of masterclasses, executive roundtables, networking sessions and signature learning events
Coordinate invitation campaigns for masterclasses, executive events and thought leadership sessions
Liaise with speakers, facilitators, partners and internal teams on event curation, logistics and requirements
Manage participant registration, communications, attendance tracking and post-event surveys
Prepare event briefs, run sheets, attendee materials and presentation decks
Support outreach to prospective clients including HR, L&D and business leaders
Support onsite event execution and participant experience
Maintain prospect and attendee databases in CRM systems for the Sales team
Track enquiries and support reporting on lead generation performance
Maintain programme schedules, marketing trackers and learning event budgets
Track registrations, attendance and participant feedback
Prepare post-event reports and campaign performance summaries
Support procurement, vendor coordination and administrative processes

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Human Resources or related discipline
2 to 5 years of relevant marketing experience in corporate training, executive education, L&D, leadership development, teambuilding or business events
Client-facing, account management, programme management, marketing or business development experience preferred
Experience preparing proposals, presentations and client-facing materials is advantageous
Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
