About the role

You will be part of the Butler team at The St. Regis Singapore, delivering personalised service to guests from before they arrive until they leave. This role suits someone with a strong service mindset who can anticipate what guests need and work closely with other hotel departments.

Provide bespoke experiences and services to guests during pre-arrival, check-in, their stay and departure

Coordinate the efforts of Butler Valets

Verify that other departments supporting butler services are ready to meet guest needs

Build rapport with guests and proactively anticipate their needs, acting on them where possible

Create a safe workplace and follow company policies and procedures

Uphold quality standards

Keep your uniform, personal appearance and communications professional

Stand, sit or walk for extended periods and move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance

Carry out other reasonable job duties as requested

Good to know

You will be on your feet and moving around, taking a hands-on approach to work

Requirements

At least 6 months of related work experience
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No supervisory experience needed
No licence or certification required
Able to stand, sit or walk for extended periods
Able to move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects up to 50 pounds without assistance
