You will assist the Restaurant Manager in running the daily operations and service standards of the outlet. Your duties include supervising the team, ensuring sufficient manpower, maintaining food, beverage and service quality, and handling guest feedback. You will also help with training and developing team members, managing performance, and supporting sales and marketing plans. The role requires you to be present during meal periods and to lead by example in guest service.
