Handle arrivals and departures of vehicles at the hotel, casino, carpark, MICE and hall parking areas. Perform static duties at the curb, direct traffic, open vehicle doors and assist with guests' luggage. Operate the Valet Management System and follow departmental and Forbes service standards. Work with valet captains, traffic marshals and bellmen to ensure smooth guest arrival and departure. On rotation, manage valet cashier counters and process valet and self-park charges accurately using a POS machine.
Requirements
Valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence
At least 2 years of driving experience
Able to work shifts including night shift, weekends and public holidays
Able to handle guests' luggage manually
Good English communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working outdoors and standing for extended periods
