About the role
Support ECommerce projects by gathering and analysing end-user requirements and working with stakeholders on system analysis, design, troubleshooting and testing. Track development work and project schedules, and prepare status reports for the IT project team lead. Provide post-implementation application support to keep existing ECommerce systems stable and resolve user issues. Contribute to UI/UX design and frontend work on ECommerce websites, coordinating with designers, project managers and backend developers.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
Strong analytical skills for gathering and interpreting requirements
Experience with CMS systems such as ContentStack, Salesforce CMS or Salesforce Commerce Cloud
Experience in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, JSON, AJAX, XML and cross-browser techniques
Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver or other prototyping tools
