This role sits with a fashion group in Singapore, focused on building talent strategies and development programmes that support the company's growth priorities. It suits an experienced HR or organisational development professional who enjoys partnering with business leaders and working with performance data. The position is full time.
What you'll do
Design, develop and roll out talent management strategies and programmes aligned with group priorities and business goals
Drive talent initiatives across the organisation, including high-potential development programmes, training and developmental assignments to build leadership capability and succession readiness
Partner with business leaders and internal stakeholders to identify, assess and develop talent through structured programmes, and run regular talent reviews to keep a strong pipeline
Plan and implement organisational development efforts such as job redesign and culture-building to meet changing business needs and support a collaborative, agile workplace
Design and implement organisation and departmental KPIs that drive accountability, strategic alignment and performance excellence
Support departments in setting, tracking and reviewing KPIs through structured performance reviews and feedback loops
Analyse talent and performance data to give leadership actionable insights
Translate employee engagement strategies into development opportunities that improve growth, satisfaction and retention

Requirements
Degree in Human Resource, Organisational Development, Business Management or a related discipline
At least 7 years' experience in talent management, leadership development and/or organisational development
Proven track record implementing talent programmes, succession planning frameworks and KPI management
Strong analytical skills with experience in performance data tracking and reporting
Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with Workday, talent platforms and data visualisation tools is a plus
