About the role

Carry out carpentry and architectural repair works across the hotel, including maintaining bespoke wood finishes, furniture, fixtures and interior elements. Work with the Engineering team to identify maintenance needs and recommend practical solutions. Complete repairs efficiently with minimal disruption to guests while upholding high safety standards and keeping the work area organised. Collaborate with colleagues to support hotel operations and maintain the property's presentation and functionality.

Requirements

Experience in carpentry, woodworking or building maintenance is advantageous
Willingness to learn carpentry skills if less experienced
Passion for craftsmanship and attention to detail
Basic knowledge of carpentry tools, materials and repair techniques, or eagerness to learn
Proactive with good problem-solving and ownership of tasks
Able to work independently and in a team
