You will implement and maintain quality management systems across facility management operations, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, regulatory standards and service level agreements. Duties include conducting site inspections and audits, preparing audit reports, tracking non-conformances and monitoring corrective actions. You will also monitor contractor performance against KPIs and SLAs, support the Contract Manager on contract disagreements and variations, and maintain quality documentation. The role involves driving continuous improvement and supporting training for contractors and FM teams, and covering Contract Manager duties when required.
