You will support the Singapore Business Execution Lead in driving strategic and business-critical initiatives across the franchise. Your work covers governance frameworks, risk and control oversight, audit coordination, business continuity planning and regulatory matters. You will also track franchise performance, business financials, expenses and pan-franchise initiatives. The role involves synthesising complex information into clear recommendations for senior management and coordinating across businesses and functions. It is fast-moving and ad-hoc in nature, so agility, prioritisation and comfort with ambiguity are important.
Requirements
12+ years of experience in financial services
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong knowledge of the financial services industry, including commercial, regulatory and risk considerations
Structured problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity
Proven ability to work across diverse businesses, functions, cultures and seniority levels
