You will design, implement and manage strategic talent initiatives that identify, develop and retain high-potential employees. You will lead the annual succession planning cycle for critical roles, facilitate talent reviews and readiness assessments with senior leadership, and develop individual development plans for successors. You will design and run the high-potential identification and development framework, including flagship learning programmes, and track their effectiveness through KPIs and talent analytics. You will partner with senior business leaders, HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition and Analytics teams to embed talent and succession practices into workforce strategy. You will also lead enterprise-wide talent projects, including AI-enabled talent practices and organisational design initiatives.
