You will manage the full onboarding cycle for mid-market and enterprise companies in the SEA and GCN markets, from contract signing through launch. You will develop and manage integration architecture, change management strategy, and timelines. You will work with Sales, Technical Services, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure a smooth transition for clients. You will also help improve and scale the implementation process and team operations.
Requirements
6+ years of experience working with strategic customers on technology solutions
Ability to understand complex business requirements and craft tailored solutions
Quick learner with the ability to explain technical concepts
Proven project management skills and strong critical thinking abilities
