Maintain 18 retail shops at Changi Airport and 2 corporate offices to high standards of maintenance, housekeeping, and equipment security. Perform routine preventive maintenance and corrective actions for electrical, air-conditioning, and plumbing faults, working with contractors or vendors as needed. Oversee daily safety activities and ensure risk assessments and control measures are in place. Source and manage outsourced service providers, investigate breakdowns, and supervise contractors to ensure work meets requirements. Support site measurements for LED lighting panels, POP, ISP, and display panels, and coordinate installations. Handle administrative tasks such as submitting GLOB+ slips and approvals for maintenance-related purchases.
Requirements
NITEC or Higher NITEC in Electrical discipline
At least 1-2 years relevant experience in office and retail stores environment
Highly motivated and organized with a flexible approach to work
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Valid FSM certificate preferred
