About the role

You will lead the delivery of cost management services for construction projects from start to completion. Your duties include strategic planning, stakeholder management, governance and execution to meet client expectations, quality standards and budgets. You will also oversee costs, manage and develop a team, and contribute to business growth and innovation. The role involves acting as the main client contact, leading multidisciplinary project teams, and managing estimating, cost planning, reporting, value engineering and life cycle costing. You will also handle commercial negotiations, contract administration, invoicing and internal risk management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Construction, Engineering or related field
• Minimum 15 years' experience in cost management
• Experience in people management and leadership
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Business acumen and business development skills
