About the role

Lead Databricks' Enterprise business for Malaysia and Indonesia, managing a team of Enterprise Account Executives. Own and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets while growing consumption among top strategic accounts in Southeast Asia. Develop and execute revenue plans and growth tactics, mainly for strategic financial services customers. Build trust-based relationships with customers, partners and cross-functional teams, and help the team communicate Databricks' value proposition to C-suite stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years as a senior executive at a leading software company
• 5+ years leading a high-growth Data & AI sales team
• Experience selling to enterprise customers in SEA, preferably Indonesia and Malaysia
• Strong knowledge of Data/AI landscape and Hyperscaler relationships
• Experience translating technical products into business value for C-suite
• Business proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia/Malaysia preferred
