About the role

You will be the main point of contact for guests at The St. Regis Singapore, handling requests and making sure every stay runs smoothly. The role suits someone who enjoys helping people, stays calm under pressure, and takes pride in a polished, professional appearance.

What you'll do

Arrange guest services such as transport, bookings and laundry by contacting the right providers
Handle special requests from guests with particular needs and check back to confirm they are satisfied
Collect and share details about the hotel and nearby attractions, events and activities
Take, log and follow up on all guest calls, messages, requests, questions and concerns
Loop in the right person or department, such as bell staff or housekeeping, to fix guest issues
Read shift logs and daily memo books, and record important information in logbooks
Keep an eye on the club lounge for seating, service, safety and guest comfort
Report accidents, injuries and unsafe conditions to your manager, and complete safety training and certifications
Follow company policies, keep uniform and appearance clean and professional, protect confidential information and company property
Greet guests to company standards, anticipate their needs, assist those with disabilities and thank them sincerely
Communicate clearly and professionally, prepare written documents accurately and answer phones with proper etiquette
Build positive working relationships, support the team and respond well to colleagues' concerns
Meet quality assurance standards
Stand, sit or walk for long periods, including a full shift
Move, lift, carry, push, pull and place items up to 10 pounds without help
Carry out other reasonable duties as asked by supervisors
