Support the mainstreaming phase of Project Silver Screen, a community-based health screening programme for seniors. Plan and optimise Level 1 screening operations, including publicity, communications, audit and reporting. Coordinate with the Regional Health System Operations team, vendors and community partners to ensure smooth running of screening events. Manage distribution of marketing and publicity materials to stakeholders. Support the Phase 2 IT implementation and transition to Epic, and maintain population-level analytics. Compile and report key performance indicators for management and the Ministry of Health.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
Prior work experience in healthcare or community partnership preferred
Experience collaborating with government agencies and community partners
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Willingness to learn and self-motivated
Resourceful and able to work independently and in a team
