About the role
You will own the architecture, engineering, operations and automation of the Microsoft 365 tenant and Exchange Online platform at a Singapore technology centre. Working as a cloud platform specialist, you will keep the tenant highly available, performant and efficient while modernising enterprise messaging and SaaS operations. This role suits an experienced platform engineer who enjoys scripting, governance and leading technical change.
What you'll do
Manage and optimise global Microsoft 365 tenant settings, directory synchronisation and core services.
Architect, configure and maintain enterprise Exchange Online messaging infrastructure.
Oversee tenant lifecycle activities, optimise licence allocation and control operational costs.
Deploy new Microsoft cloud features, evaluate service updates and enhance platform capabilities.
Develop Graph API and PowerShell scripts to automate platform administration and improve performance.
Design redundant mail routes, set up disaster recovery procedures and reduce platform service disruptions.
Govern tenant-wide configurations, define service quotas and manage licence pooling.
