About the role

You will join the Digital Workplace Experience Team in Singapore, acting as the bridge between business needs and technical solutions. This role suits someone proactive and analytical who enjoys improving core platforms and exploring AI opportunities. You will own initiatives from start to finish and work closely with business users.

What you'll do

Manage initiatives from discovery and sentiment gathering through to solution delivery and project closure.
Engage business units to understand pain points and desired outcomes.
Translate complex business needs into documented technical specifications and user stories.
Define and track metrics to measure the value and impact of digital solutions.
Identify opportunities to use AI and Generative AI to improve current scenarios.
Research and propose innovative solutions and industry best practices for the digital workplace.
Keep up to date with evolving AI trends.
Manage feedback mechanisms such as surveys and focus groups to find gaps in the digital employee experience.
Promote modern UX principles for simple user journeys across digital devices.
Develop and execute strategies, including communications and training materials, to increase user proficiency and adoption.
Design and facilitate interactive, non-technical training sessions on new tools and AI capabilities.
Cultivate a network of departmental digital champions and manage internal discussion channels to gather feedback and share productivity tips.

Requirements

Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in an IT Business Analyst role
Proven track record of gathering complex requirements, managing backlogs, and delivering enterprise solutions
Strong understanding of technology products and platforms such as Google Workspace, Okta, ServiceNow, Workvivo, and how they integrate in an enterprise environment
Demonstrated enthusiasm and intellectual curiosity for Digital Workplace automation and AI/GenAI trends
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to influence diverse audiences
