About the role

This is a TIG welding technician role with Rolls-Royce in Singapore, working on engine servicing and component repair. You would join a factory team that values quality workmanship and continuous improvement, and it suits someone with an engineering qualification who is comfortable with shift work.

What you'll do

Carry out high-quality TIG welding
Follow approved technical procedures and company standards such as EASA/CAAS Part 145 or equivalent
Operate and maintain tools, equipment and machinery used in engine servicing and component repair
Work according to technique sheets and quality procedures
Support improvement initiatives, 5S activities and housekeeping standards

Good to know

Rotating shifts across Day, Afternoon and Night
Overtime may be required, including weekends and public holidays
Based at Seletar

Requirements

NITEC or Diploma in an engineering-related field
Able to read and interpret 3D feature drawings
Willing to work rotating Day, Afternoon and Night shifts
Willing to work overtime, weekends and public holidays when required
Comfortable working at Seletar
