About the role
This role sits in the Web Operations digital business team and takes charge of the technical build and performance of the company website on Adobe Experience Manager. You will work alongside the Web Ops Manager and Digital Business Lead on the Discovery Pages that support product awareness, campaigns, sales and customer experience. It suits someone hands-on and performance-driven who can balance technical execution with commercial goals.
What you'll do
Co-own the evolution of the website experience with the Web Ops Manager to support digital sales, product awareness and brand experience.
Build best-in-class templates, page structures and user journeys with the Digital Business Lead.
Analyse page-level data such as traffic, bounce rate and conversion to identify what works.
Translate business goals into page structure and calls to action that support conversion.
Support A/B testing and personalisation initiatives and help implement winning variants.
Audit underperforming pages and recommend improvements.
Recommend best-performing, sales-driving page layouts within the available component library.
Review every campaign or page post-launch and recommend optimisations based on performance insights.
Build, configure and publish pages, components and templates in AEM (Author/Publish).
Manage the authoring workflow including content entry, versioning, approvals and publishing.
Manage AEM DAM, including organising and tagging digital assets.
Partner with the AEM Product Owner and developers to scope custom components, raise bugs and run UAT.
Ensure pages meet accessibility, SEO, tracking and regulatory compliance standards before go-live.
Troubleshoot page-level issues and coordinate fixes with IT and development partners.
Work with Digital POs, Product, Marcom, Brand, SEO, UX/UI and Tech teams to plan and execute timely Discovery Page updates.
Coordinate with the Web Operations team on campaign timelines and pricing or product change go-live dates.
Flag technical risks, dependencies or conflicts on planned launches.
Support lead-generation initiatives by integrating forms and dynamic content.
Good to know
2–5 years of hands-on AEM experience in authoring and development is required.
Prior telecommunications industry experience is preferred.
Team management experience is preferred.
High ethical standards are a must.
Requirements
2–5 years of hands-on Adobe Experience Manager experience in authoring and development
Strong technical grounding in AEM components, templates, content fragments, DAM and workflows
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and basic JavaScript
Understanding of web UX principles and the digital content lifecycle
Proficiency with web analytics tools, Adobe Analytics preferred
Experience with A/B testing and personalisation is an advantage
