About the role

Lead commercial reviews of tender documents and identify risks, opportunities, and key commercial positions. Negotiate selected contracts with clients, including bespoke and project-specific agreements. Coordinate commercial inputs with finance, legal, HR, insurance, tax, and risk management. Manage post-contract variations, claims, and dispute resolution, including forensic analysis and settlement negotiations. Reinforce governance, compliance, and continuous improvement, and engage senior stakeholders and public sector clients.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Architecture, Business, Finance, Law, or related discipline
15+ years of commercial or contract management experience in consulting
At least 5 years at managerial/leadership level
Full lifecycle expertise in pre-contract and post-contract commercial management
Experience with FIDIC, NEC3/NEC4, JCT, government frameworks, and Singapore standards such as PSSCOC
Strong negotiation, influencing, and communication skills
