Lead and mature the IT audit function within the Internal Audit Branch, overseeing a team of IT audit managers and outsourced auditors. Develop a multi-year IT audit strategy aligned with risk landscape, regulatory requirements and digital transformation priorities. Drive adoption of data analytics, AI tools and emerging technologies into audit practices. Serve as senior advisor on IT audit matters to the Audit Committee, senior management and statutory boards. Oversee audit assignments including vendor management and quality assurance.
Requirements
Degree in an IT discipline or equivalent
Relevant certification such as CISA, CISM or equivalent
Minimum 12 years of experience in IT audit and/or compliance management
At least 3 years in a leadership or people management role
Knowledge of cybersecurity, cloud security, application security, data privacy and/or business continuity
Experience using data analytics in audit fieldwork
