Handle environmental-related feedback, complaints, and service requests, ensuring timely resolution. Maintain inspection records and liaise with regulatory agencies and stakeholders on environmental health matters.
Requirements
Minimum Nitec or Higher Nitec qualification
NEA qualified for managing hawker centres and neighbourhood park toilets
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in environmental services, cleaning operations, facilities management, or environmental health management
Experience supervising cleaning contractors, service providers, and environmental maintenance activities
Good knowledge of environmental health regulations, sanitation standards, and cleanliness management practices
Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
