Handle food and beverage orders and serve guests at Spago. Provide friendly, excellent service to all guests and assist fellow team members with restaurant preparation and set-up, ensuring amenities and utensils are properly stocked and inspected before service. Attend to guest requests, conduct suggestive selling and up-selling, and be well-versed in all aspects of the menu. Handle restaurant telephone and email reservation enquiries and other administrative duties.
