Prepare cost estimates, budgets and tender submissions based on project requirements. Monitor project costs, track variances and provide financial reports and forecasts. Support procurement and contract administration including quotations, claims and variations. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure cost-effective solutions and project progress. Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to keep pricing competitive and accurate.
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in Cost Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or M&E / Building Services
Strong knowledge of building M&E systems (lighting, electrical panels, gensets, fire protection, ACMV)
Proficient in cost estimation, budgeting and contract administration
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Good communication and teamwork abilities
