Lead the development and delivery of technical training programmes for bus technicians, ensuring high standards of technical competency. Oversee quality assurance, training-needs analysis and submissions of related claims to SSG, e2i and/or WSQ. Build and maintain relationships with authorities and stakeholders, and drive innovation in teaching methods and learning technology. Manage the professional development of trainers, the assessment and qualification framework, and daily operations of the Technical Training Centre including budget, schedule and assets. Uphold safety standards and support projects such as curated e-learning materials.
