Handle ocean export shipments for customers, following company procedures and meeting customer expectations. Prepare and update standard operating procedures, screen customer credit and denied parties, and check permits before shipment. Process accurate and timely billing for clients and vendors, and maintain good relationships with shipping lines, trucking companies, CFS providers and other suppliers. Meet government compliance and quality KPIs, respond to emails and voicemails within set timelines, and escalate issues to management when needed.
Requirements
Minimum tertiary education
1–2 years related experience or equivalent
Fluent in English
Good computer skills in Excel and Word
Effective interpersonal and communication skills
Currently residing in Singapore
