Lead complex electrical engineering projects, including power distribution, control systems and instrumentation, from scoping and feasibility studies through detailed design and commissioning. Prepare and review technical specifications, engineering drawings and functional descriptions, and conduct power system analysis to optimise network performance and reliability. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate electrical systems with other disciplines and ensure compliance with industry standards, codes and safety regulations. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the team's professional development. Participate in client meetings, design reviews and project presentations, and support business development through proposals and client relationships.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
Minimum 8 years of electrical engineering design experience in buildings and infrastructure projects
Experience in multidisciplinary team environments and project management
Proficiency in electrical design software and power system modelling tools such as ETAP and SKM
Experience with AutoCAD, Revit or similar drafting and modelling software
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
