About the role
Lead the technical strategy for customers by owning architecture discussions, driving platform adoption, and acting as a trusted technical advisor. Design scalable, production-grade solutions across data engineering, ML/AI, and real-time analytics. Guide accounts from initial discovery through production deployment and consumption growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence product direction through customer feedback.
Requirements
5+ years in solutions architecture, data engineering, technical pre-sales, or a senior hands-on technical role
Strong coding proficiency in Python and SQL, including live coding and debugging
Deep expertise in distributed data systems architecture (pipelines, streaming, lakehouse, cloud-native data platforms)
Proficient on the Databricks Platform or able to achieve proficiency rapidly
Proven ability to lead architecture discussions with senior technical stakeholders
Experience with production deployments on public cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
