About the role
Join GovTech's Technology Associate Programme as a Software Engineering Associate. You will build digital services and products used by millions of people in Singapore. Over three years, you will work with experienced engineers, tech leads and product managers through structured rotations and mentorship. You will design system architecture, build and ship features, and solve engineering problems at scale. You will also receive training and leadership development opportunities.
Requirements
Singapore citizen or Singaporean Permanent Resident
Pursuing or obtained a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or related discipline, or demonstrate strong software engineering capability
Graduating from university and able to commence work in 2027, or less than one year of work experience
Demonstrate interest in software engineering through projects, internships, coursework, open-source contributions or personal projects
Familiar with at least one programming language and working understanding of data structures, algorithms and software development practices
Enjoy collaborating, communicating ideas clearly and learning through feedback
