Lead vulnerability management activities such as network assessments, VAPT/WAPT coordination, risk prioritisation and remediation tracking. Oversee the implementation and daily operations of IAM platforms, including authentication policies, SSO/federation and certificate lifecycle management. Manage cryptographic key management systems, covering key lifecycle processes, access controls and system resilience. Provide technical security guidance to internal teams and customers through architecture reviews and control validation. Support security audits, due diligence and compliance activities, and lead incident investigations related to IAM, encryption and security infrastructure. Mentor and develop cybersecurity team members while promoting best practices and operational excellence.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Computer Science or related field
Proven experience in cybersecurity operations including vulnerability management, IAM and key management systems
Hands-on experience with vulnerability scanning tools such as Nessus, Qualys, Rapid7 or OpenVAS
Strong understanding of cryptographic principles, PKI and secure communications (TLS, encryption at rest/in transit)
Experience implementing and supporting IAM platforms such as IBM Security Access Manager or similar
Familiarity with Linux systems and production environment troubleshooting
