About the role

This role supports the creation, running and ongoing improvement of learning programmes that build the skills of financial representatives and agency leaders at various stages of their careers. You will work closely with internal teams and agency leaders to roll out onboarding, ongoing learning and capability projects, using approaches such as GenAI-enabled role play simulations. It suits someone with a learning and development background who enjoys facilitation, stakeholder work and project delivery in a financial services setting.

What you'll do

Design, build and run learning programmes for representatives and leaders
Facilitate onboarding and ongoing learning sessions across the agency force
Work with internal teams and agency leaders on capability-building projects
Handle training administration so programmes run smoothly for learners
Track and assess how effective learning is, and suggest improvements
Create training materials and learning experiences that match business goals
Help put in place new learning approaches such as GenAI role play simulations
Coordinate project tasks and stakeholder updates to keep delivery on track

Requirements

University degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, Learning & Development or a related field
At least 4 years of experience in training, learning and development, education or financial services
Experience in financial services, agency training or representative development
Strong presentation and facilitation skills
Strong project and stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to design engaging learning experiences and training materials
