About the role

You will handle shift duties to keep daily park operations running smoothly, including queue and crowd management and keeping the park clean. You will deliver a good guest experience by managing feedback on the ground and closing service gaps. You will manage incidents, file incident reports and make sure safe work practices are followed. You will also help with staff deployment and training, prepare reports, support wildlife management efforts and handle assigned projects.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Experience in leadership and project management preferred
• Good written and spoken English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Able to work weekends and public holidays
