You will oversee daily operations of the Hotel Security Control Room, monitor CCTV and security systems, and report any irregularities promptly. You will manage access points, conduct regular patrols of guest floors, public areas, and back-of-house, and respond to security, safety, and medical emergencies. You will also handle incident reporting, preliminary investigations, lost and found items, key control, and visitor passes. Additionally, you will provide crowd control, lift management, and VIP escort duties, and assist in training security officers on SOPs and hotel policies.
Requirements
Minimum GCE 'O' level
At least 4 years hotel security experience in a 4/5 star hotel
Minimum Chief Security Officer Certification required by local authorities
Company Emergency Response Team (CERT) Certificate
Experienced in CPR, First aid, firefighting and crowd control
Conversant with various systems in Hotel Security Room
